Most of my experience has been within implementation teams, supporting sales and delivery through client onboarding, pilots, prototypes, and platform migrations. I’ve built automation POCs to reduce manual survey programming effort and boost productivity, working with global healthcare and retail clients across enterprise SaaS platforms including Forsta, Confirmit, Decipher, CMIX, and QuestionPro.
At Omnicom, I served as individual contributor within the Market Research implementation team, leading end-to-end setup and deployment of primary research projects on platforms Forsta and Dynata CMIX for healthcare and media clients. I partnered closely with sales and delivery teams to drive client onboarding, pilot execution, and platform migrations. I also led process improvements and developed automation POCs to reduce manual effort, streamline survey workflows, and improve overall delivery efficiency.
At Sermo, Worked as a Survey Programmer in Maxico team responsible for setting up and deploying healthcare market research surveys on Forsta Plus (Confirmit), delivering end-to-end survey scripting, UI customization to enhance respondent engagement, and response validation using JavaScript and Confirmit library functions. Collaborated closely with Project Management and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
At Toluna, I joined as a Survey Programmer Trainee and was promoted to Associate Survey Programmer within one year. I worked in the Retail Survey Programming team, responsible for setting up, testing, and deploying Retail, FMCG market research surveys on Forsta Plus (Confirmit). I collaborated cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high CSAT score.
